This shows the existing planning permission for the house.  The front elevation has been completed and so the planning is established in perpetuity.  The work on the side and rear of the property has not been started.

As the view of the sea is to the west and north west one can watch the sun set over the sea for the summer months (in winter the sun sets over the headland). At the moment it is truly amazing to be able to watch the waves crashing onto Madrips rock or to watch surfers  however these rooms have not been developed to truly maximise the view in each room.

The garden side of the house faces approximately south south west so the proposed plans increase the amount of south facing windows.
