The best feature of this house is its location right by the sea in Trevone Bay.  It is the first house in
West View cul-de-sac and is about 80metres from the high tide mark of the rocky beach.  

So every room has direct and uninterrupted beautiful views of the sea.  A great pleasure is to sit in the "sun room", watching the sun setting across the headland and into the sea or relaxing in the quiet garden with the sea barely more than a stone's through away.  The sandy beach is then about 200 metres from the house on a short walk back down the quiet cul-de-sac.
