and conditions |

Payment |
£100
is payable to secure the booking. After 1st Jan Half the rent is due
on booking and the other half at least one week before the holiday.

Cancellation |
If you need to cancel
your holiday then we will endeavour to re-let the house as soon
as I have emailed confirmation of the cancellation. If the
house is successfully let then amounts paid will be returned to you except
for a cancellation fee of £100.

Sheets
and
towels |
The house is equipped with blankets, duvets and pillows. However please bring your
own sheets and towels. (0ne double bed and nine single beds)

|
Cleaning |
. Some cleaning materials are provided in the house.
The house has to be cleaned at the end of your holiday and
left ready for the next occupants.
Alternatively cleaning
can be ordered in advance at an additional cost of £40 -

Keys |
These are held in the keysafe. The combination will be sent on
receipt of the final payment.

Arrival
and
departure times |
Bookings run from 4pm on Friday through until 11am on the following
Friday. The house must be cleaned and ready to be occupied
by 11am on the last Friday.

Pets
/ smoking |
With regret pets are not
allowed. Likewise we ask that smokers only smoke outside or in
the conservatory room. |
